Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to the below for more information pertaining to our Return Policy.
RETURNS
All Returns will be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item in its original packaging and add a note indicating your preference for either a refund or exchange. Please allow for at least 21 working days for the processing of your request from the day of receipt.
EXCEPTIONS
For damaged or defective products, please contact us at the number below to arrange for a refund or exchange.

All refunds are made in the same format that they were received. Cash, Cheque, or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) will be refunded via EFT. Credit Cards are refunded to the EXACT same credit card that was previously charged, etc. - We do NOT process any refunds over the phone.
- Once a returned product is received, a refund will be issued and may take up to 21 working days to process.
If the product is damaged or defective, a customer must call +27 81 744 5828 or Email: help@healingshack.co.za and we will send the customer a replacement. - Customers do not need to return a defective or damaged product. However, for research purposes, at the sole discretion of the Ministry, we may ask customers to send a defective item back for further research, for which we will pay the shipping costs.
